Our founder is an engineer by training who transitioned into a marketing specialist. For five
years, he has applied an engineering mindset to the complex challenges of industrial sales and
marketing. This journey started with a simple observation: many highly skilled application
engineers and rep firms, who are experts in their technical domains, were struggling to build a
predictable sales pipeline. Their marketing efforts were often disconnected from their sales
goals, leading to inconsistent results and frustration.
